About Elevate and Luminate for Change Mastermind

Elicia Williams and Katy Hill have teamed up to help nonprofits succeed faster with valuable education on topics they need.  Elevate and Luminate for Change was founded out of a deep passion not just for nonprofits, but for elevating lives. 

Elicia Williams is a President of a Denver nonprofit called The Light House Partners, Inc.  The Light House's mission is to ease the trauma of foster care for children in the Denver metro area. 

 Katy Hill, as owner of KTHill Consulting, is a transformational change maker specializing in partnering with creative business owners who want to turn their expertise into their greatest competitive advantage. So they can work more synergistically, bring their vision to life, and love their business without limitations.
